All equipment is fully serviced and complies with health and safety standards, with a fixed rate contract including repairs, breakdowns, and inspections by our mobile engineers.
MAKES OF FORKLIFT
If you want a specific make – from Linde to Caterpillar, Atlet to Daewoo/Doosan – don't hesitate to ask and we'll try our best to accommodate. Similarly, if you're interested in gas, electric, or diesel forklifts, manual and electric pallet trucks, and pedestrian stackers, we'll talk through your needs.
If you're not sure which make or model is best for you, we can advise you based on your requirements. Considerations will include:
The objects that require lifting (i.e. Pallets, Kitchen accessories, Building equipment, Catering supplies etc.)
The weights it needs to lift (We can provide hire trucks that lift up to 3 tonnes.)
Where will it be used? (Indoors or outdoors? In a warehouse? Between lorries?)
How long will you need it for? (Minimum hire period is a day. We don't have a maximum period.)
How high do you want the forks to lift? (We even have a truck that can reach to 30ft.)
Do you have height restrictions? (We need to make sure a truck can move about freely without damaging low doors.)
CASE STUDY
Mitsubishi GP25.
A recent acquisition to our expanding hire fleet, this green GP25 is a gas truck so can be used indoors or outside, and has a 4.3 triplex full-free lift mast; this means, as a container-spec forklift, the first main ram allows the load to be lifted under a low roof, but is still capable of reaching a height of 4.3m.
It can lift 2.5 tonnes, and was previously used to move granite and marble slabs on-site.
